We see Jiu-Jitsu as a good gift of creation and a tool that helps to develop self-discipline, self-esteem, self-sacrifice, and selfless service.
Exodus Jiu-Jitsu gives us an opportunity to serve the community, by not only providing a high level of Jiu-Jitsu instruction and self-defense but also an opportunity to gather as a group of like-minded friends, sharing in the beautiful joy that is this martial art. We seek to develop long-term relationships which leave a positive impact not only on individual lives but on the community as a whole.

My husband and kids quickly fell in love with Jiu-Jitsu at Exodus. The professor and coach are so attentive and intentional about every detail. Our youngest is 4 and they can keep him engaged the entire hour. The kids class is so amazing to watch, the things they are able to get them to achieve is incredible. The older kids in class are patient, kind, and and help out the younger kiddos. I look forward to watching their friendships grow and plant ourselves in this community. My husband has enjoyed the adult class so much. It’s challenging and a great work out for him.

Great coaching and very clean facilities. My girls look forward to class every day and they’ve already made the sweetest friends. They love demonstrating their new skills when they get home every day. My husband’s technique has improved greatly since switching to Exodus jiu-jitsu. They also offer parent and kid classes every Saturday which offers me the opportunity to do jiu jitsu with them. I would recommend Exodus jiu jitsu for any age, it has greatly benefited our family.
